New RedNote Lead Protection Feature Safeguards Brand Marketing

Key Highlights of the New Feature
- Automated Detection of Suspicious Accounts
Xiaohongshu’s algorithm can now identify accounts that exhibit abnormal engagement patterns within 90 days and mark them as “suspected lead grabbers.” Brands can review and bulk-block these accounts to ensure comment section quality. - Easy Blacklist Control
Verified business accounts can blacklist users directly through the platform backend. Once blacklisted, these users will no longer see or interact with the brand’s posts. - Reversible Actions
In case of misjudgment, the blacklist action can be easily undone with a single click.
Currently, this feature applies to verified business accounts and KOS creators who have conducted promotional activities within the past 30 days.
