OctoPlus Media 2021 Year In Review
2021 is not easy, yet we are grateful we tried our best and made some major progress in 2022. A million thanks to clients and partners who trust us. Here is a quick update report to you.
 
1) Our cross-border Ecommerce System Wesales (China version) has helped many overseas brands such as China Duty-Free (CDF), Korea Lotte Duty-Free, TVB, Meadjohnson, Aelia Duty-Free, Ubuy in EU etc, successfully pivoted to sell to China online. With abundant cross-border eCommerce experience, we gained enough confidence to invest more in the system and aim to release international version in English and Japanese version soon. Stay tuned!
 
2) Gone deeper and deeper in China: we opened more livestreaming studios in China; incubated our own Finance KOL and Mom KOL; represented some brand’s products to sell to China with our own ecommerce miniprogram, livestreaming channel and our own hosts; lots of localized and creative campaigns carried out.
 
3) On the side for fun/cultural exchange and personal growth, we rented a tea garden in high mountains of China’s Yunnan province, opened a traditional tea house together with some marketing friends in the beautiful Oct City of Shenzhen. Truly welcome – if any friend, dear clients drop by Shenzhen, do let me know so we can chat over a cup of good Chinese tea! We also made some tea products, soon will launch in our own WeChat store.
 
2021 In summary: had a lot of fun; had losses and earns; wisdom grew; team grew. Excited about 2022!
