WeChat Miniprogram Development for China's Banking System

Project Overview

• Client: Rural Credit Union of China – Guizhou
• Objective: To make an online queuing reservation system for client’s Official Account using WeChat mini program. The primary business flow is to allow customers to check the nearby outlets and the number of people in the queue on WeChat and issue a queue number to the customer. Then, customers can arrange their time accordingly to go to the outlet based on the real-time queue progress notification. The internal and external data exchange of the system was designed and developed based on the information security requirements of banks.
